Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage

Massage designed to address underlying chronic muscle dysfunction. Includes patient evaluation and advanced modalities such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and PNF stretching. Patient education and take home stretching included with this treatment.

Insurance, Auto Accident, Workers Comp Billing 
Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage designed for the individual who will be billing  personal insurance, L&I, or third-party insurance. Patients planning to bill their personal insurance must provide copies of their insurance card at the time of scheduling. A free insurance verification will be conducted and patient will be notified of all financial responsibility, if any, prior to the start of their scheduled appointment. Includes all insurance billing and physician/attorney correspondence as needed. Must call to book appointment.
