Amanda is originally from Kirkland, WA outside of Seattle. Growing up she discovered a love for physical medicine after sustaining a knee injury while playing soccer in high school. After graduation Amanda went on to attend Eastern Washington University, where she graduated with a BA in Athletic Training and in Exercise Science and fell in love with hiking around Spokane and Coeur d’Alene. In 2012 she moved to Phoenix, AZ where she attended Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy and met her future husband Chad. After living in central NY briefly after massage therapy school, Amanda and Chad moved back to the Pacific Northwest where they live now with their son, Evan, and their dog, Tilley. Amanda has been practicing as a Licensed Massage Practitioner for two years and is honored to have the opportunity to help her patients better connect with and understand their bodies. She is very excited to be joining the team at Flourish: A Space for Dimensional Healing and is currently accepting new patients!
